All refund and returns are to be done within 7 days and in person at 6 Ubi Road 1 Wintech Centre #04-05 Singapore 408726 during the following operating hours: 

Mon-Sat 9am to 4pm 
Sun 12noon to 4pm 
Public Holiday Closed 

Please prepare the following for smooth returns and exchanges. 
1. Receipt or proof of purchase. 
2. Ensure return/exchange products are new, unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition and with its original packaging fully intact. 
3. Appointment preferred. Please call 67463696 to arrange for available time slot. 

Sglightings has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: obvious signs of usage, damaged packaging and items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts. 

Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed immediately. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and customized products cannot be refunded. Shipping fees are not refundable.
