Pickup Information

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. If in stock, you will receive the pickup email within 1 working day. For orders over the weekend, please allow one working day for us to process your order. For example, if order is placed on Saturday, earliest pickup date is the following Tuesday if item is in stock. If order is place on a public holiday e.g Tuesday, earliest pick up date is Thursday. 

Delivery Information

Sglightings delivers to most area in Singapore (except Jurong island and Sentosa). Delivery time slots typically run from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday). For same day delivery, please call 67463696 to check availability before placing order. Surcharge applies.

Please input your preferred date/time of delivery during checkout at section Order Notes. Delivery timing slots is subjected to availability and delivery capacity. If in stock, you will receive the delivery email within 1 working day. For orders over the weekend/public holiday, please allow one working day for us to process your order. For example, if order is placed on Saturday, earliest delivery date is the following Tuesday if item is in stock and delivery slot is available. If order is place on a public holiday e.g Tuesday, earliest delivery date is Thursday if item is in stock and delivery slot is available.

After payment, please email the following details to payment@sglightings.com. 

1. Screenshot capture of your transaction details

2. Subject title please include Invoice no.

3. Please call us at 6746 3696 to inform us of payment during operation hours

After payment confirmation, Sglightings will contact with you via your provided telephone number to confirm the availability of your selected date of delivery and time. Please allow 1 working day to confirm your transaction. 

Sglightings do not deliver to properties without lift facilities and proper access. For delivery to private properties, kindly check if there are delivery restrictions and paperwork (if necessary). Please note that Sglightings do not delivery to properties with only staircase access. If property is not reasonably accessible and items could not be delivered, delivery fees would not be refunded.
